The Terroir Series: Subscription of Rotating World Class Chinese Roasters

Terroir (pronounced tare-wahr) is a French term used to describe how a specific region's environmental factors—including soil, climate, topography, and farming practices—affect the taste, aroma, and character of crops grown there.

Every month, we will select a feature roaster for our slow bar. If you have been to our slow bar, you know we feature roasters that highlight terroir with a clean and delicate cup. If you subscribe to this product, we will be the first to receive the coffee we select.

Past roasters we have featured are All In, Big Sur, Goût & Co, Move River, Mobydick, Oma, and Terrafrom.
