Terroir (pronounced tare-wahr) is a French term used to describe how a specific region's environmental factors—including soil, climate, topography, and farming practices—affect the taste, aroma, and character of crops grown there.
Every month, we will select a feature roaster for our slow bar. If you subscribe to this product, we will be the first to receive the coffee we select. Past roasters we have featured are Big Sur, Goût & Co, Terrafrom, Move River, Mobydick, All In and Oma.
