Apax Lab mineral concentrate

APAX LAB mineral concentrates — TONIK, JAMM, and LYLAC — are formulated to create specific water profiles that subtly alter how coffee flavours are perceived. By changing the mineral balance of your brewing water, they enhance different aspects of the coffee, such as sweetness, acidity, or floral notes. These mineral concentrates are designed to influence the way your palate interprets the existing flavors of coffee, unlocking its fullest potential.

Bottle size: 100mL for approximately 150 brews 

How to use: Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Add 3 to 4g/L of mineral concentrate in your brew water, or add directly 1 to 10 drops into your coffee.
